Jeron Smith
Founder

Prior to Incubation Lab, Jeron co-founded Unanimous Media with Stephen Curry in tandem with Sony Studios, focusing on family, faith, and sports-themed content, and managed Curry's brand strategies, forging partnerships with major corporations. Smith previously worked on digital strategy at the White House under President Obama and led innovative marketing campaigns at Nike. Recognized in AdAge’s 40 Under 40 and Forbes' 30 under 30, he has been published in the International Journal of Mobile Marketing. Smith holds degrees from Howard, Georgetown, and Columbia Universities.

Executive Producer
Aloni Ford is a seasoned entertainment executive and content producer at Incubation Lab, known for producing notable projects in tandem with BET, the Oprah Winfrey Network, Sony Studios, ESPN, ABC and Direct TV. With experience as a strategist for President Obama's campaign and a decade of working with Fortune 500 CEOs, she excels at bringing creative visions to life. Recently, she initiated the Yacht Girls Book Club, a rapidly growing women's empowerment movement. Besides mentoring young athletes. She holds a business degree with a film minor from Mount Saint Mary's University, Los Angeles.
